our policies and general info
1. Drawing fees are charged on all custom pieces, and will be determined at the time of the consultation. Drawing fees are non-refundable. Artists may ask for additional drawing fees if multiple renditions or revisions are needed, so please ensure you are clear during your consultation. If you change your idea, a new consultation and drawing fee will be required. All custom tattoo drawings intended to be tattooed by the original artist, and the original artist retains copyright ownership unless discussed otherwise.
2. Deposits may be required upon booking appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and this money will not be returned to you for any reason. If something happens and you cannot attend your appointment, this deposit will be kept on file for you for 2 years before it is considered null and void.
3. Your deposit will be considered null/void under the following circumstances, and you will be required to pay an additional deposit to reschedule:
a) you don't show up to your appointment
b) you attend your appointment sick or with allergies (please let us know ahead of time)
c) you do not provide 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment
d) you are rude, disrespectful or otherwise abusive towards anyone in the studio
e) you are pregnant, breastfeeding, intoxicated, or asked to reschedule your appointment by your artist for another similar, last-minute reason
4. Our pricing varies depending on the piece requested and detail required. Our minimum is $200 for anything 1.5 hrs or less. Please communicate if you have specific budget needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
